Insomnia again?!


Question: i got an insomnia again, but now was worst. when i already sleepy and when i will go bed, i cant sleep, even im sleeping my mind is always thinking.why?? its already 3 weeks. i can sleep but its onyl 2-3 hours.. and when i woke up, i cant go back to sleep. damn!!! i already have sleeping capsule but i want a natural sleep, anyone can help me?

I have insomnia and it sucks. Some things to try which may work are spraying the room with lavender 5-10 minutes before you plan to go to sleep, take all distractions, computer, tv out of the bedroom and do not use the bedroom as a "hangout place". Try writing all your thoughts down so your mind can slow down.

Your mind needs to be forced to pay attenion . I have the same problems and have found that as soon as all is quite that causes the racing patterns. I watch and leave on the tv or the radio to focus on until I fall asleep. It doesnt work all the time but it helps. I know how you feel and it sucks ..Talk to your doctor a little more and go to a heberal shop and see what they say. I also do what Heather said about writing alot to clear the mind.

Go lay in bed, and try and stay awake, you'll be sleeping in no time.

i hav relly bad insomnia, i just lay down, close my eyes and focus on no thoughts, that's right NONE!!!!! and chanomile teal & spraying lavendar will help!
