From foods. This allergy settled upon me in my 20's.
list: Dairy/bloated-gas-puke, Spicey foods like diahrea, Whole wheat burn up like a lobster, alcohol a invisible choke hold on my throat cant breathe, Seeds/nuts sunflowers, berries, you get the picture.
Indoor/outdoor allergies: pollen, perfumes, aftershaves, dust, pet dander.
