Stress bruises?!
Question: Yesterday I had a fight with my boyfriend (yelling, screaming, etc). No physical violence occurred, he did not hit or punch me, but today I have what looks like a bruise on my eyelid right along the line where I would apply eyeliner. I do not use makeup daily, aside from a little spot cover-up cream now and then, so I don't think I am having an allergic reaction. Could this sudden "bruising" be stress related? Can you get a mark from an extremely stressful situation alone? I have been markedly stressed out in the last few days, could this have triggered it? Thank you in advance!

yes you can get stress bruises.i had one awhile back n i got rid of it by taking a nice hot bath with bath beads n listioning to soothing music or reading a book n just relaxing it helped make the stress bruises go down mostly but it was very light still
I don't really think you can get stress bruises, but you can get red eyes from stress so it ma not be a huge jump to get a bruise on the delicate skin above the eye. Stress does do a lot of other things that suck, though.
stress bruises are real...it very well maybe one...try to relax and get some rest and see if it goes away
