Question: I think i may have a sleeping disorder just not sure which one.. I can sleep anywhere from 5 to 9 hours a night and either way still within 6 hours of getting up in the morning i feel like i HAVE to take a nap i will literally just fall asleep sometimes (not very often like that though). I have no other problems accept that.. I have looked at some of the disorders and nothing seems to descibe what i'm doing.. Any advice please?

The best way to find any sleep problem is sleep study . it can help to find out any problem like sleep apnea /narcolepsy .
you may want to review your sleep cycle as well . early sleep is better than getting to bed late .
also you may get help by doing some exercise early in the morning that can activate you .
hope that will help .

i have problems like that too -- have to tried just relaxing for a while before you go to sleep and trying your hardest not to nap / use caffeine or something?

You are not getting a deep sleep. This could be from dreaming too much during sleep. If you are eating too close to bed or taking any medication, attempt to lessen or cease it altogether

depending on your age and weight I would instantly think sleep apnea is your problem, everyone has some level of sleep apnea but only 5-7% of the population has it sever enough to diagnose, the test is an overnight sleep study(try finding an accredited lab) where the doctors will analys your breathing patterns when you sleep. ussually, but not always, the bigger and older you are the more likely you are to have sleep apnea. other factors are whether or not you still have your toncils, the treatment is a simple mask you wear at night while you sleep.
