Question: What are the affects of lack of sleep

Answers: What are the affects of lack of sleep

hello lillady7,
when someone cannot sleep right away it means there is something on your mind that bothers you or something that your mind cannot let go of thingking. You know our mind is like a little baby you need to talk to the mind. The mind develops thought so fast, in a day about 30,000 thoughts that emerged on our mind and just imagine out from those 30,000 thoughts only very few that we can put that into action for that particular day. If you don't know hoe to discipline your mind it can also cause damaged on us, that is why some people they have sleeping disorders or insomia. There are many aspects that contributes why we lack of sleep
althought we might be laying on the bed and physically very tired. (01) Check your deit and eating habits - eat only light food less carbohydrates and meat. (02) Am I sleeping in the normal sleeping schedules latest sleeping time is 10:00 pm and wake up 4:00 am? 03) What kind of thougths I maintain on my mind throughout the day. (04) Create a one minute of silence in every one hour - this can help to slow down the thinking process abd thereby easy to sleep. (05) Sleep in remembrance of God.
Experiment the above recommendations for one week without failure and check your self is there any progress / changes in your sleeping habits?

Enjoy!!

If you mean that you are having trouble sleeping, talk to your doctor. They can perscribe a sleeping urb to help you sleep. Sometimes there are over the counter sleeping pills that knock you out! I take Melitonin. I think about things that make me worry a lot, and I can't sleep. I guess that you could say I have anxiety. Ask your doctor. If you mean that if you DO NOT get enough sleep, then you wll be tired and weak the following day(s). Try to relax an hour or two before you go to sleep. Hope that this helps!!!
