what your teacher is meaning is that does the enviroment have any effect on how the person got the disease/disorder. basically did the enviroment cause it to happen.

It means exactly what it says....how does the environment affect the disorder and how does the genetic disorder affect the environment. Do some research on it. Related Environmental Consequences is also pretty clear.....at least to most of us.....in other words, how does the disorder affect the environment?

Cat-cry syndrome is a rare, congenital disorder recognized at birth by a kittenlike cry caused by a laryngeal anomaly. The condition is associated with a defect in chromosome 5. The definition goes on.... but this is a start for you. The name you listed Cri Du Chat is FRENCH. Try finding your information under cat-cry syndrome instead.
