Systemic candida?!
Question: After months of Utis and yeast infections I think I probably have systemic candida. I've been reading about it on the net, and all i can seem to find are diets that reduce what you're eating basically to lettuce and fish. Are these just alternative type solutions? Can I go to the doctor and be prescribed medication to make it go away? I really think I will starve to death if I have to follow one of those diet things :/

to get rid of a candidiasis infection
If you take medicine like difflucan weekly for 4 weeks that should do it.
Probiotics, yogurt, olive oil, etc can all help.
