Herpes ... does it mean I cant have normal sex???!
Question: I was diagnosed with herpes a while back. When i was with my ex (the one who gave it to me) we didnt have sex a lot, mainly because for me it was just painful (he had been my first guy, but the way it hurt me i think had nothing to do we the fact that I was virgin) everytime we would have sex, it would hurt me like just in the outside, like right before it would go in .... and when I shower I always feel a bumped there like a lil soar - is this because of the Herpes???
And also, i broke up with my bf and started dating this other guy -i obviously told him b4 having sex that I had herpes - ... we didnt like 5 times in three days and I ended having a break out .... was it for having sex??? does it mean I cant have sec as often???? Please help I really dont understand this.....

you had another outbreak because of the frequent sex and i bet the friction irritated the area and made you have an outbreak.
i suggest that you use losts of lube so that you dont suffer from a friction burn again. you can have all the sex you want in between outbreaks. when you experience an outbreak don't ignore your partner cater to his needs. give him a handjob or reward him for being so nice and waiting until your outbreaks heal and for being so understanding.

my point is that your sex life isn't over.
if u were a virgin and he was your first, it would hurt for the first time as he is breaking your hymen and stretching u out some. u would be in ome pain by now if it was herpes you would also have swollen genital glands, burning or tingeling sensation in your genitals and trouble or buring when u pee. herpes is more of a white blister with a red or yellow ring around them. but u could be a carrier which means that u don' experince all the symptoms of an oubreak could be chaffing, gential warts, pimples boils, papules razzor burn if u shave or ingrown hairs. sex can trigger not cause outbreaks of herpes. u shouldn't be having sex if u have an outbreak because u can end up passing it onto your partner.
if your really worried get tested for herpes at the doctor to know for sure what this is before u go telling people that it herpes and u shouldn't have sex until u find out what that is.
