It WILL not give her rye syndrom! She can try it, but I would recommend that it only be used once a week for 3 weeks then used every other week thereafter. I posted a couple links below, have fun!!

I am not sure, but I think kids should not use aspirin for ANYTHING. Aspirin can cause RYE Syndrome in kids and it is deadly. Figure out something else for your spots.
