its meant if viruses are exposed to air outside of the body, like in bodily fluids....once they are in your body, they are in there for good and you can.t get rid of them......they cause the tissue changes which make those warts.....so unfortnuately you can go commando all you want, even go pantless, and it won.t make a difference....

HIV virus dies when exposed to air, not all viruses do.
HPV is so prevelant because many people are being active without using protection and good judgement.
once you have the virus, it's in your system.

Because you arent exposing the virus to air, you are exposing the symptoms of the virus to air. Introduce air to the virus and you have yourself a cure.Warts are just a retention of water by the skin that turns it into a wart, the only thing bad about them is their appearance, and in women it cn cause problems more than it does in men. However, any virus dies in the presence of oxygen, people dont seem to understand that this very basic simple fact is the road to curing viruses, there is a cure for hpv, aids, hsv, all you have to do is look for it and understand what you read. Many people give up, never questioning anything, just accepting their fate and never wanting to really understand this, I blame this on the dumbing down of america, people are honestly becoming very stupid. Those who succeed in curing themselves, never tell anyone, because those who never tried dont deserve to be cured.
