Sniffing poop dangerous?!

Question: Ok i know gross topic but, i have a freind, very strange person, who sticks his finger up his butthole and like gets remains of poop on it and sniffs it heavily

Im being 100% serious here, if this dangerous, like, can it kill brain cells or get you high or something, i was sorta worried about his health.

Feces contain E. Coli and that can be very dangerous if ingested. I suggest to your friend that he should quit so he doesn't end up extremely ill.
