I just tried my first pair last night. Man were they black this morning when I peeled them off. The only thing I can say is that I slept much better last night than I have in a long time. Coincidental? I'm not sure. I could let you know in a week! E-mail me then!

There are really mixed reviews out there, from everything I have read. I'd just try them yourself and see what you think. It seems to be a 50/50 split in terms of what people think and how they work.
