Blood pressure/heart problem?!
Question: I am normally a healthy 46yr old, however, last week I was very,very dizzy, my skin was tingly all over, and suddenly when I bent over I felt like all the blood drained from me in a nano second, then it felt like someone had poured Ice water over me, I began shivering uncontrollably and went to bed fully clothed but could not get warm, I had severe pain in my arm from my chest/neck down to my fingers, this pain was dull and lingering, I was breathless, I became scared andwanted to write farewell messages to my kids etc but the pain prevented me. After an hour my temp went the other way, I was sweating and couldnt cool down, still the pain in my arm etc. After 4-5 hours things settled (with painkillers) and I slept. the following day I felt much better and a pharmacy took my Blood pressure 101/52 ......that's poor isn't it? Does this sound like a blood pressure issue or did I have a mild heart attack?

Could have been a heart attack. You really need to be checked out by your physician. An EKG can tell you if there was a heart attack or not. Ask your doctor to send you for one. No pain with an EKG, they put the wires on you and run a heart strip. Anytime there is pain that radiates from your chest down your arm should be a concern. Breathlessness is also a symptom as well as sweating and shaking. Please see your doctor asap, it could be a precursor to a larger attack that may be preventable.
I suffer from GED, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and that sounds 100% like a panic attack. Go to the doctor to double check and have your self checked.
For goodness sake, go see a doctor. Why ask these questions here. No one is qualified to answer those kinds of questions. RUN! Go now!

Chest pain that radiates down the left arm needs investigating, could have been a mild heart attack. your blood pressure is within normal limits, but the temperature fluctuations could have been due to an infection, see your GP to be sure . hope you feel better soon.
the blood preasure is okay
you should go to the ER asap if that happens to you again
you may of had one it will take test to know forsure
b/p should be top number about 120 and bottom about 70

sorry to tell you but you did have a mild heart attack. go to the doctor immediately to sort out. you never know how what happens when inside your body, especially with the heart.
