Question: My daughter is epileptic. She had brain surgery almost 2 years ago. Recently, we noticed a bump on the top of her head, and you can see that bump pulsate. Well, a few days ago we noticed it has gotten bigger, you can actually see the pulsating. Is this normal after brain surgery, or could it be a tumor?

you should be asking her doctor, even if you think it could be or is normal it is good to have her physician's input on it
