Question: When i lie down on my pillow on the left side of my face that side of my face itches, i don't know why but it's really bugging me and it's hard to sleep on that side, i do have eczema and was wondering if it had something to do with that.

Is it only on your left side or on your right as well? Maybe the pillow covering is irritating your excema, maybe try a different pillow case. Maybe the laundry detergent used is irritating you. Or it could be the pillow itself.
Why don't you just go to the doctor?? If it is really irritating I would take a visit to the doctor about it.
