My mother has MS as well, and is on IV injections for tysabri monthly- I havn't ever heard of Algomed, but I can tell you that co-enzyme Q10 is a VITAL vitamin that is very benefitting to MS patients, as well as Milk Thistle vitamins to work with their livers, because of all the medications.

I'll try to look into this a bit more.
