Weirdness down there??!

Question: Okay, so recently it burns a lot when I pee and I found these weird bumps and they hurt to the touch. I haven't had sex with my boyfriend but he has gone down on me. Also, I used a towel that my mom's bf used and he has chlamydia...so yeah. I am wanting to go to the gyno, but I don't want to go with mom. I'm 16. What are my options? I live in Phoenix, Az btw.

Most likely you have a yeast infection. It can cause burning on urination, bumps that hurt (like thrush in the mouth), clumpy white discharge, bread-like smell. You can get it from stress, wearing really tight crotched pants in the heat, new soap you react to, something irritating on your boyfriend's hands (or your own!). It's a safe thing to mention to your mom if you need her to take you to the doctor.

It could also possibly be herpes if your boyfriend has it in his mouth. He might not know what it is if he hasn't been tested.

You can not get chlamydia from a towel.

Whatever it is, you need to see a doctor. If you really don't feel like you can tell your mom you might have a yeast infection, look up the closest Planned Parenthood. They are completely discrete, have a sliding scale and won't tell anyone. If you can't find one nearby, call up the local county hospital and find out where the county clinics are. You can go to one and get yourself checked out.

Good luck :)

OMG it's herpes!!!! JK have no idea just get it checked out. Just tell ur mom about ur problems or somone u trust, it has to be done, I hate talking to my mom about stuff like that too but she'll understand!

is that not thrush? u cant get chlamydia from a towel get a bus or friend to take you to doctor n get test explain symptoms

Go to the school nurse or maybe call a public health nurse and talk to her. Whatever you need to go get checked. Best of luck

Go to the Dr as fast as you can. Heaven forbid the infection begins to travel up into a more "important" region of your body.

An alternative might be to go to the health department. You don't have to have consent, I don't think, and it's free, or nearly free, like $10....
why does you mom's bf have clamidia, and why would you know about it?

None of my business, but my kids would never know, and he'd be my EX bf real fast!

Ok, you definitely need to get a professional opinion...it is possible to pass herpes from mouth to genitals. But without seeing the bumps, it is impossible to diagnose. No, you can't get chlamydia from a towel--I won't even ask how you know that your mom's boyfriend has it. He needs to get treated. If you really don't want to talk to your mom, do you have a health clinic nearby? Usually cost-free (or really cheap) and confidential. If the bumps look like blisters, herpes is likely, and you should know that touching them can spread them even further. So, in any case, hands off, and wash gently and be mindful of hygiene. Good luck sweetie.

why didn't your mother's boyfriend throw the towel in the hamper immediately after using it? if he has it, so does your mother. years ago, my ex brother in law had genital warts. the idiot let his toddler daughter use the same wash cloth as he did when she bathed. yep...she caught genital herpes. when her mother took her to the doctor, children services were called and the father was arrested.

anytime u lay in a bed of nails u get stuck in the ***. fess up to mom and get the help u need; don't wait until it get too late.
