How to combat Insomnia?!

1. Keep to your routine
2. Do not sleep if not feeling sleepy
3. Get up and do some pleasureable hobbies and if you feel sleepy go back to sleep
4. Do not get up late if you slept late, keep your time
5. Avoid disturbances where & when you are sleeping
6. Do not take a heavy meal before sleep
7. Avoid tea, coffee or things that contain cafine etc.

Well for people who have a bad problem with it, it is really vital to keep a regular schedule. Always get up and go to be at the same time. Just because you want to stay up late is no reason to. Make it a habit to wind up whatever interests or excites you at least a couple hrs before bed time.

I think that is the main thing because personally, it isn't lack of excercise or too much coffee or alchohol or not enough sunlight or chamomile tea, eating before bed. None of that. Keeping a regular schedule and making sure it won't be interrupted. Your friends will just have to understand that.
