What causes canker soars?!

Question: i don't normaly get them very often at all, now all of the sudden i am getting them left and right i have had three over the last month or less,, what causes them and why am i getting so many all the sudden?

Canker sores may occur after a mouth injury due to dental work, aggressive tooth cleaning, or biting the tongue or cheek too much.. They also tend to run in the family, and can sometimes be linked to problems with your defense (immune) system.. Canker sores usually go away by themselves over time.. However, eating yogurt could help this period go faster..
