Question: I have a stuffed up nose and I need to fix it quick! I blew my nose as many times. I excersized and sweated, but it just becomes stuffed up again. How can i fix it with stuff around the house?

Sometimes sticking your head in steam will clear it up a bit. Pour hot water into a bowl, take a towel, and but your head over the bowl with the towel over your head. If you have peppermint tea bags, you can put that in the water, too. Likewise you can take a really hot shower and inhale the steam.
If none of this works you'll need to trek to the store and buy a decongestant. Sudafed PE is a horrible product, says my pharmacist, so get the real sudafed from the pharmacist, or get Guaifenesin, which is in Mucinex (that stuff with the gross ads with talking mucus.)
Try sinus irrigation with salt water.
