Am I overdoing it?!


Question: Ive ben swimming 2 miles per week and weight training 3 times per week for some time,I dont feel as if I am byt I have hepc and cirrosis liver disease and im told i should rest more,what do you think?

your kind of overdoing it, but i respect what your doing man. just keep swimming that 2miles per week. and try to reduce to weight training twice a week where you do upper body one day and lower body the other day. besides that your workout seems legit man and your doing a great job. dont let that stop you, but dont forget to hydrate yourself regularly though.

You can cause serious problems if you keep going at what you are doing. Rest!!!

what do you think? what is your body telling you? doctors? sounds like you got a crappy hand and am trying to get some new cards-good luck.

i would tone it down some. but listen to your body and your doc. dont push it.

YES! you should be resting more.you are definately over working your body.
