Is there a name for this throat condition?!
Question: I will sometimes get a buildup of some kind of phelm that won't go away and I can only try to minimize by grumbling. I don't think its athsma because Ive never had an athsma or any breathing problems. The flem is annoying and inhibits my speech. Anyone by chance know what this condition is called?

It's probably something like post nasal drip (PND), where a buildup of mucus draining from your nose collects in your throat. This can cause it to be very irritated either on one side or both and can usually be cleared using OTC decongestants. Increase your fluid intake and rest, you should be fine in a few days.
If your throat swells, gets raw or bleeds and you develop a fever, go to the doctor, it could be something more serious.

It's not athsma i have athsma and i dont have phlegm issjes. You may actually have a sinus disorder that is constantly depositing phlegm into your throat i would go to your family doctor first and ask him if he doesn't know he may refer you to a specialist.
Strep throat.
