Believe it or not>>> 'ORGANIC VIRGIN COCONUT OIL'
It really is a great product, I have used it for years & WOW is it versatile...great for skin & great for healing [has antibiotic properties naturally] and great for consumption, using in food prep as well as cooking! I make small bottles of it & leave in the bathrooms & guest pool bath so everyone can use it on their skin. It has excellent UV properties & beautifully promotes natural tanning of the skin without any burning!! You can purchase it online...I do~ I use it for my exotic birds primarily, but also for ourselves! There are two types one that does NOT smell like the coconut & then the other which does have the hint of coconut aroma & tiny touch of flavor. I have used both. Tropical Tradtions also has an excellent bug repellent skin lotion that is all natural which also has UV protective qualities it works great! I always take it to Costa Rica when we go, then never get sunburn or bug bites! Smells good too!

Stay indoors or cover up.

There are such things as natural sunblocks. Now it is similar to regular sunblock I think but has less chemicals and better ingredients where available. Try looking online or a local orgainics/health food store. I have some and it works.

use banana boat lotion. It is aftersun but can also be used beforehand.

Vaseline !!!

Coco butter lotions will block the harmful effexts of the suns rays. Or you can go online or go to your local health food store and ask them.
best of luck

Crisco.
Just kidding. No, I don't know any.

ur mum

Oops!

Like you, I burn easily. You may want to wear broad-brimmed hats and long-sleeved shirts of some light material that won't make you overheat. And keep vinegar and aloe gel on hand for if you do burn anyway.

Good luck!
