Can you help?!

Question: When i go #2 It's abnormly huge.
And i have to bite on a towel to get it out and even then not all of it comes out and the next day i have to do it all over again.
I tried taking a laxitive but then i had to stay on the toilet all day. And when i got off it would um...leak...
And after i would throw up because of the smell and strength it took.
Do any of you know whats wrong? Can you help?

You sound as though you could benefit from a daily stool softener or fiber additive, something similar to Miralax or Benefiber. They're both tasteless and colorless and can be added daily to your favorite drink (Benefiber also comes in capsules for swallowing). You also need to increase your fiber intake. Search the internet for foods rich in fiber and an increase should help with your bowel movements. Drink lots of water or other noncarbonated drinks and remain active.
If this is increasingly bothersome or becomes more troublesome, you may need to consult a GI specialist for more options.
I hope you get better soon, God bless.

include fiber diet in ur meals, like fruit vegitables,salad..aviod heavy protein..if it dont make it better go to doctor

eat healthier.
go to a doctor.

Sounds like constipation.
You can get constipated by over using laxatives.. becareful with those.
Drink water 6-8 cups a day. Mulberry juice is good for you too. Exercise, taking a walk can get things going....
and Prunes will help soften the stool making it easier to come out. Don't eat too many.. or it'll get to easy to come out if u know what i'm saying. Or prune juice which won't work as well. Taking a teaspoon of linseed (found at health food store) will aid in constipation. The linseed will provide certain lubrication to help ease things out.

I agree, it sounds as if you are constipated and maybe chronically so.
Made sure you are drinking plenty of water, this makes a difference at keeping your bowel lining moist, assisting the passage of faeces through your system. A glass of warm water first thing when you get up and linseed as mentioned above is good too.
Eating only fruit for breakfast helps. Try gently massaging around your lower abdominal area especially on your right hand side, this can stimulate bowel action.

I had this problem when i was in college, its mainly due to the lack of water rich food in ur diet, have leafy vegetables like cabbage etc, avoid milk for some days till ur problem is fixed, drink at least 2 or 3 ltrs of water a day, dont keep sitting at one place all the time, make sure ur body is in motion few times and if still problems persist, have yoghurt and finally meet the doctor if nothing helps
