I wouldn't take another one. Get a pill dispenser because that's a sure way to see if you already took a pill. Simply fill the dispenser every Sunday, and take the pill every morning. If you feel you forgot to take the pill, check the dispenser. Easy.
The best way to find out is if you called a pharmicist. They would be able to tell you the maximum dosage you can take before experiencing uncomfortable side effects due to an overdose. Medical personnel usually say that if you don't remember if you took it then you should wait for your next dosage.
