My bottom ( in middle ) of Right foot Aches Alot Latley, Any ideas?!


Question: see folks, im 55 years old, & For years, My Both, but Actually My Right foot, Under my foot, Has been Aching, Like Arthritis? i have Had X rays years Ago & was normel, now Im flat footed, does that have anything to do with it? Ive been Rubbing ben gay on it latley, helps a Bit, I heard Something about a Tennis Ball? Rolling my foot on it, Would that help? thanks for any suggestions ,

Yes. Try the tennis ball. One or twice a day. It helps bring blood flow to your feet. It might be arthritis.

Actually yes, being flat footed does have everything to do with the aching and discomfort of the bottom/center of your foot. You need shoes with a lot of arch support. You can buy the arch inserts for your shoes and they work as well. Try to avoid shoes with no arches, such as flip-flops, etc. You will find much more comfort.

Also 50-something. Do you wear shoes with good support? If I don't my feet are not happy. Gets expensive, but worth it. At our age we do have arthritis of some type lots of places we don't want it. I've had three people tell me(Ph. therapist, chiropractor and me) lately, that I should probably see a podiatrist for orthotics.

Naturally flat feet are not a problem, but if your arches have fallen, that is.

The warranty's expired and the parts are wearing out.
