Does vitamin A help with acne?!
Question: My friend suggested that I take Vitamin A pills to help cure my acne but then I read that vitamin E really helps too. Is it just a waste of time taking the vitamin A? Or should I take that with something else?

I've never heard of taking either pills to rid of your acne. I mean, I guess it doesn't hurt to try them; though usually vitamins aren't always that cheap when you're buying specifics.
Though the thing that I've found that works is just washing your face. Like, with a certain cleanser intended for it, of course.
