Booger irriate my throat?!
Question: been weeks i am having this sickness. This happen 5 years ago and I forgot wat i am suppose to do. I been coughing and I got light-headed. I was wondering if there any suggestion that I should get rid of my booger problem?

You are just congested. Blow your nose gently and be sure to drink lots of water. The water helps drain the mucous from your sinuses and you will feel a lot better. Also, take it one day at a time. You could also try a nasal pot, which helps to drain out any mucous from your sinuses. Hope this helps!

blow your nose, if your boogers are green go to the dr. if not take some over the counter meds like drying sinus meds. oh and drink a lot of water.
