I know that, but I was at the hospital deal with my 4 year old that has a collapsed lung and lymh node cancer! So please no smart A ss comments. I really need some help here. This is our final assignment grade and then we have one more test-Which I have studied for. Thanks for any help!!!

I took a Nutrition class last semester. It was a class for Nursing students, but we used this website. http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov/planner/...

It's a menu planner. I think you might have to create a user name and password for yourself to use the website but that will only take you a few minutes. To plan your menu you just start typing in the foods you want to add and then it will give you choices about the amount and the kcals. At the end it will evaluate your menu and tell you if you have enough from each of the food groups.

When you make your menu, use the Food Pyramid as your guide. Also remember that you need to be within 1,500-2,000 calories a day.

Good luck!
