Suffering from Allergics already. How long does it take for the medicine to kick!

Question: I just got the pill yesterday and it's only me second day of taking it.

Well, lets hope your meds are not for a specific allergy. If the med is for most spring time allergies, it will take about a week to build up in your system. Some allergy meds work by blocking the histamine responses, and some work to desensitize the receptors in your basic brain. These are the ones that don't kick in fast.
