really for that you would need a doc to do a blood work up on you and test your pee
You are probably just dry. Meaning you need to drink more water. Urine gets pretty yellow if you don't drink enough fluid. Your body holds onto the water. If you start having pain when you urinate, urine smells foul, blood in urine, or having to urinate more than normal, abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting then you may have an infection which you should go to the doctor for.
your liver is probably just getting rid of so many toxins that the water you consume isnt enough to come out clear or at least lighter. but your doing the right thing. keep drinkin water all the time and youll see better results soon.
Do you take vitamins of any sort? that could be it. Or maybe you have a bladder infection.. that can make your pee kind of cloudy/yellow.
Hope this helps :D
I have the same thing happen when I drink a few soft drinks, eat candy, donuts, etc. I can tell whenever I injest a lot of sugar. If you're doing something similiar lay off of them and see if it clears up. I also get the same thing when I run a lot of miles and don't drink enough water during and after. I've had to get IV's four of five times after long races.
you just need to drink more water. That just means you need more fluids (mainly water.) you also may be dehidrated. when it is a light yellow, that means you are drinking enough!
Insufficient fluid in body, possibly jaundice, or high fever. Or do you take vitamins - they are being released!
