Question: pain is almost for 1 month , my doctor took urine , blood test . confined urinary tract infection completed full course of antibiotics. but pain still remains . can any one explain about kidney infection and how severe it is? ,i really feel ill and nausea all the time.kindney infection have any impact on liver because also increase in SGOT/AST & SGPT/ALT in liver function test. ( NEED ANSWER FROM DOCTER).

Your doctor should have tested your Amylase and Lipase levels. More importantly, you probably should have your abdomen scanned. The symptoms you're complaining about could easily be a kidney stone. A scan could also find whether your appendix is inflammed.
you shouldnt ask something that serious over the computer i could tell you im an md and give you some bullsh!t remedy
you should just go to the docter i know the bills suck but its the safest way..
