Question: My friend has this sore toe it looks infected she has put it in warm water with salt but it has'nt help. S also tried cream but it didnt work too. Can you give me any suggestions that could help her ? Such as cream she could use or what ???

It sounds like an ingrown toe nail. Soaking it will help ease some of the pain, but your friend really needs to go to the doctor and have it checked out before it gets any worse. Sometimes the ingrown nail has to be removed.
The longer she waits to have it looked at, the worse the infection can get. Urge her to have it checked out asap.
If it is infected (red, warm, swollen, has yellow pus) then she needs to go to the doctor and get on some antibiotics.
Probably an ingrown toenail, which will only get worse. Have her go to the doctor!
