Fill one half glass of worm tape water. Put a half tsp. salt in worm water stur and gargle with this sulution every hour untill your throat feal better. This should take the soar throat. Let me now (papawallnut@yahoo.com)
Go to practice, but be sure to take it easy and take your vitamins for the next few days. There are some nasty bugs going around right now. I got one a week and 3 days ago and I still feel like crap.

Drink apple cider vinegar. It's nasty but it totally works. And that's not how you spell "sore".
