You can try an aspirin mask. Any aspirin tablet will work, just remember to use the regular white, uncoated kind so it's easier to dissolve.
*****IMPORTANT: Make sure you're not allergic to orally ingested aspirins as it can enter your bloodstream and cause a similar allergic reaction.*****
Also, ask your parent's permission so you don't accidentally mistake something else for an aspirin. Any aspirin will work and you can even purchase a bottle for 99 cents.

What to do:
1. Take anywhere from 5-10 tablets and dissolve in just a FEW DROPS of water so that it turns into a paste. If you're not sure how much to use, start out with 5 first and keep adding more until you get a glob enough to cover your face with a thin layer. **Note: Make sure it's not too thick where you can't spread it and not too watery where it will keep running down your face.**
2. You can add a few drops of any of these ingredients to the paste for added benefits: aloe vera gel, honey, sour cream or apple cider vinegar. After adding one of these ingredients, mix it into the paste. **Note: you don't have to add anything as the aspirin and water mix should do just fine**
3. Apply the paste to your face and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
**Note: Make sure not to put the paste on your eyelids and leave about an inch all around your eyes clear of paste. This is because the skin around your eyes are more sensitive and might get an allergic reaction anyway.**
4. Lastly, wash off the paste with lukewarm water.

No guarantees but it works for me and many of my friends. Your acne won't disappear like magic but it should appear smaller and less red. Your skin should also feel smoother and appear more even-toned.
Good Luck!
