Whats the best way to treat acne without drying out your skin? -mines really sen!

Question: First of all, I'd suggest avoiding soaps altogether. They tend to have an alkaline pH that alters the skin's natural pH level, and cause deterioration of the skin barrier. Use products that have been specially designed for acne-prone skin.

I suggest trying AcneDerm Foaming Wash together with AcneDerm Medicated Lotion, a complete anti-bacterial acne treatment that clears the skin by fighting bacteria and unblocking oil ducts. The anti-inflammatory lotion also reduces redness and dries up pimples. The oil-free lotion also contains moisturisers to hydrate the skin, keeping it soft. It's available in Pharmacies. Hope that helps.

u can try to build of tolerance to like acne pads by using them once every few days then increasing use.. or just cleaning face with mild soap, try i think it's called phisoderm. it's fairly mild and has antibacterial properties. I've used it for other skin problems and i'm allergic to almost everything.

i use this clear and control or somthing like that i tryed proactive and it dryed my skin out so maybe use a soloution that doesnt dry your skin out as much but is still powerful and just put moisturizer on

When you wash your face, use sugar to scrub it, at least once a day, for two weeks to rid yourself of acne. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
