Question: yes u can i have had plenty of them over the years. it is caused through sex & u must wipe frount 2 back when u go to the toilet. my doctor has never told me not to have sex. its up to you.

I just went to the Dr. for mine yesterday and got antibiotics and everything. She said no intercourse for a week, I think it may cause more pain and irritation than what's already present.
unless you are into BDSM, i would recommend not having sex- in my experience it makes it hurt even worse, and i felt like i had to pee the whole time so it wasn't even pleasurable... drink a lot of cranberry juice or take AZO to help speed up your recovery! good luck!!!
I would say no way. If you have a UTI-you're in so much pain that you can't even think about sex.
if the pain is really bad i wouldn't. that might make it worse since there is more bacteria already being added to whats already there.
