Why do spots vary according to what part of your face they are on?!

Question: I think it depends on how big the pore is and how thick the skin is. Some hurt, some dont. And some are big some are small!

My spots r only on my right side of my face since being pregnant im now 8wks strange tho

Alot has to do with hormones, specially for ladies, they tend to get spots round the mouth before a period - i'm not saying everyone does!
