Legg Calve Perthes in a 4yr old?!
Question: My son just got diagnosed with Legg Calve Perthes. The orthopedist isn't sure whether it's getting better or worse since this is the first time that she's looked at him. Anybody have experience with this disease? I've looked it up on the internet and have a basic idea what it is, but any additional detail would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've had it and both of my kids have/had it too.
I set up a website (link below) where you will learn all about perthes, what it is, what damage it does, what the current therapy and treatment options are, a full glossary of medical terminology explained in basic terms and some FAQ's.
