Answers: ?
yes. some people, especially teenagers, running for fast result in short terms, may develop severe cardiac problems, as they over-exert and their myocardium (cardiac muscle) is not able at first to assure the necessity of blood, and then, when you decrease the exercising rate, it remains hpertrophiated (bigger than it needs), and these leads to severe disorders.
a good advice is to take it slowly, don't hurry to get results in short terms.
hope this helped a little
stay healthy!
Yes. There is a possibility that you can over-exert yourself. Don't push too hard, stay hydrated, and make sure to take a break every half hour to an hour. If you start feeling too hot or stop sweating suddenly, take a break immediately before your body shuts down.
