Question: With Chocolate, Milk & icecream?

Answers: With Chocolate, Milk & icecream?

If you are predisposed to being sensitive to dairy products then yes, they will make your asthma worse.
With me, it's dairy, cats and birds. My friend has three budgies and I daren't go round to her house.
I do find as well, that if I've got a cold or a chest infection, that milk makes me produce more phlegm which in turn makes my breathing even worse.
Have you asked about allergy testing? It might be worth it. Failing that, try keeping a food diary. Eliminate a certain food at a time, and see if you are better or worse without it. Then slowly re-introduce that food and write down any differences. Keeping the diary will let you look back and see what affects you and how.
As for hayfever? I dread this time of year. *shudders*

No, I find mine gets worse with dust and pollen. It depends what your body is allergic to, but dairy products area well known allergen.

Not with mine
Mine get really bad with humidity and coldness
Also dust and cats(not a good mix)
I drink milk ALL THE TIME
and i eat ice cream too
I'm fine with it

I have severe asthma but mine is not brought on by food. I have issues with allergens in the air, cold weather and exercised induced asthma. Have you ever been checked for food allergies?

those foods and snacks don't make my asthma worse, i don't know why they would make anyone worse
