How long does a person have to be on antibiotics before they stop being contagio!
Question: It actually depends on what they have. But for the most part if a person has been on antibiotics for 24-48 hours and has no fever then the risk of still being contagious is low. This wouldnt apply however to things like chicken pox or menengitis...where the virus is extremely contagious for longer periods of time.
