Mole thing on my Foot =s?!

Question: theres this black mole thing at the back of my heel. its scary. i havnt seen anything like it before. im not even sure it is a mole. Is there a chance it could be cancer? what should i do?

Go to a doctor, they will tell you what it is.
If it is a mole it can easily be gotten rid of

Get a rubber and rub it out.Oh wait this is'nt a cartoon sorry LOL

If it appeared / increased in size suddenly, you have to take it seriously.
