How do I remove a concentrated blotch of acne on my forehead?!

Question: What the skin needs is a product that clears pores and kills bacteria, thus preventing hair follicles from clogging and turning into acne. This is what you should be looking for if you want to get rid of those ugly acne.

Before trying any treatment, I suggest you read this informational source that listed the most effective acne treatments available:

P.S. I also know someone who used to suffer from severe acne for 14 YEARS and finally got rid of it completely. She's sharing her story at her site:

Sand paper...

Just kidding, I would try washing it with antibacterial soap, then apply a clay mask (I like BIore's self-heating clay mask), then apply some salicylic acid ointment.
Personally, Ive given up on my chin acne, I ordered Proactiv the other day and can't wait till it arrives... I'm 32 yrs old and am really fed up with looking like a 13 yr old...

Proactiv does work well and it's really cheap now. You can use it when and where you need it, like if you don't need it on your chin, don't use it there.

Also you're probably touching your forehead a lot and transfering grease and dirt to it from your hands. Many people do that when they're thinking hard or stressed out. Stop doing that! That'll help too.
