Question: I don't really want to take medicine because of the baby but this is the worse allergy season I have ever experienced. I sneeze so much that my nose bleeds :( any tips?

Take a teaspoon of LOCAL honey each day and you, as well as your baby, will have no air born allergies. The local honey will work with your body to develop immunities to all the air born irritants around you-including pollen, pet dander, mold, dust, anything floating in the air. Local honey has no side effects and will also keep you from getting the flu or a cold. It will take a month or so to become effective but it will fix your problem for good and do it naturally.

I totally empathize with you on this. I have had horrible allergies my whole life, but when I got pregnant...whoa it escalated to the most unbearable allergies imaginable. The only thing I could tell you is that medicine is ok during pregnancy for this ailment. Really. You could take benedryl for starters. I take a small dose every night to help with my breathing (dr said it was fine). Also, claritin and zyrtec are rated Class B for pregnancy, which make them safe. My doc also put me on Flonase nasal spray to help with my congestion, and finally my allergies are somewhat under control..tolerable at least. You don't want to be miserable during your pregnancy, so please consider some safe medicine that can help you. Your dr can help you with this of course. Good luck with everything!
