well im sure that the cure would be very VERY hard to obtain, unless by shear miracle it was a natural cure, no they wouldnt.
There are multiple types of cancers, not a single disease. There have been many cures and the survival rates are getting longer.
Doctors, politicians, celebrities, and other very rich people die from cancer. It is hard to believe that they voluntarily die to keep the cure secret. There are plenty of other diseases and injuries to keep hospitals in business.
You might want to sit down.

Any cure for cancer must be a drug. Drug companies anticipate making billions when a cancer cure is discovered. Years ago there was a doctor who was able to cure 70% of various cancers using a protein found in urine. The F.D.A. will only accept cures that are drugs. Not only did they stop him from using it, he was stripped of his license to practice medicine. Unfortunately, our health care system is based on profit, not your health. Any cancer cure must be a drug or it won't stand a chance.
It's not those, it's the big pharmaceutical companies.
However, that's just a conspiracy theory, not true.
