Answers: I have been unable to return to work, have constant diahrea and absolutely no energy.

I had gall bladder surgery about 12 years ago. First of all, it takes time for you body to recover from surgery. Sometimes it can take up to a year for the body to fully recover, depends on your age and your overall health. I suggest you take things slow and be good to yourself, like eat well, drink lots of fluids, and get plenty of rest. Second, the Diarrhea thing, it can last a very long time. My "going to the bathroom" thing has never been right since my surgery. Again, you have to be good to yourself and avoid fatty, fried foods. Eat balanced, healthy meals, with lots of natural fiber - like fruits and vegetables, and your stools will get better.
Take care of you!

definatly go see your doctor.
I had my galbladder out and didn't feel so good afterwards.

Try some bland foods, eat some baby food, I still sometimes have to.
Cut out all fats for now. Chew slow and don't eat large amounts of food. Hot cereal is good.

But, you need to talk to your doctor about this.
