get some lotion for your feet they really work well at first when i used some my foot felt oily and i tried to not step on the floor but after a day it stop being so cracked you can find some at walmart thats where i got mines
try something called "Flexitol heel balm" comes in a blue package...I get it from the dermatologits office. BUT you can get it at Walgreens also! cheap too

I used Palmer's cocoa butter formula with vitamin E. It really works. I put in on my feet which were very very dry and ugly. Now they are soft. Put in on every night and put socks on afterwards, it will keep the moisture in. Should take a week or so to soften your heels. Bought it from Walmart, really inexpensive.
