No thermometer, do i have a fever, how sick am I?!
Question: I have the chills, a headache, my eyes kind of burn, i get light headed really easily, i am nauseous and no appetite. No one else is home to feel my forehead or whatever. Any suggestions?
Also i need to go to school and sports practice tomorrow, can i?

looks like u will be staying home 2morrow! get plenty of rest and drink a lot of fluids!
i have 2 young kids and have been told if i think they have a fever to feel there feet. if there feet are hot they have a fever. take some panadol that usually assists in the releif of fever. other than that i would suggest rest and water. hope your feel better.
First, put it on the shopping list...one thermometer (a $10 one will last you a lifetime).
If you feel better tomorrow, you can go to school, and then, once there, you can go and see the nurse so she/he can tell you if you have a fever.
Don't do any sports if you have a headache. Go home and have some chicken soup and go to bed.
