they dont pinpoint any disease .the only significant one u mentioned which needs to be investigated more and make sure its amnesia or not ?and is it for short term or long term memory and that will be through a mini-mental neurological test (questionairre)then upon action will be taken ,

Are you near cell phone towers or wireless Internet routers (such as the ones you use in your home for Internet) or using your cell phone allot all of these things can cause the symptoms you speak of.

Hypothyroidism and anemia are two diagnoses high on my list. Perhaps you can get a CBC, thyroid blood tests, and a urinalysis.
Check your blood pressure, have your doctor do a funduscopic exam on your eyes.
